Airport

The nearest airport is Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (IATA code is YUL). Each country's delegation is responsible for its own travel to this airport, where transport will be provided to St-Hyacinthe by the tournament’s organization (about 90 minutes away from the airport). Please arrange for a coach/chaperon to travel with your delegation. It is suggested that you arrive either on Saturday, August 11^th or Sunday, August 12^th 2012.

Visa requirements

Accommodation

All players will be housed in pairs with local families. Coaches or chaperons will be housed in a local partner hotel, where one room will be provided free of charge per delegation.

Meals

The host families will provide breakfast. Lunch, snacks and dinner will be served buffet style at the site, in the players' lounge.

Transportation

Transportation for players will be provided twice a day (morning and night) to and from the tournament site by the host families.
